What is Wedding on Wheels?

Inspired by the trendy pop-up elopement visuals found on Pinterest, as well as the societal and financial challenges of the pandemic; our Wedding on Wheels concept was created as an expansion of our already popular teardrop rental business model.  But we weren’t really sure how our idea would be received by the professionals already in the wedding arena. So, we reached out to the pros, asked their advice, discussed collaboration, and the more we researched; the more we were convinced it was a great idea!!

So many couples have had to cancel their weddings and they’ve been left to wonder when or if they’ll be able to reschedule.  

Some couples even have lost their sizable deposits, and we think they deserve a flexible, super-fun and affordable event they can look forward to!

We'll deliver the cake, flowers, champagne, photographer, and teardrop to the outdoor venue of their choice.

How does it work?

Step 1: 
Pick an outdoor location.  

We’ll deliver and set up; as long as we can drive there, we’re in!

Step 2: 
Pick the options that best suit your schedule and budget.  

We’ll then put you in touch with our creative partners in your area to discuss details.

Step 3: 
One payment, one delivery, easy set up and tear down.

Couples also have the option of taking the teardrop with them!

 Teardrop Rental

Includes 4 hours of teardrop rental, set up, tear down, and delivery within 25 miles of Sherwood, Oregon - $500

Flowers

Tier One includes bride bouquet and boutonniere ~ $300 - $450

Tier Two includes bride bouquet and boutonniere, 1 vase arrangement and 1 garland to decorate altar ~ $450 - $1,000

Final tier pricing is reflective of individual’s requests and materials used to execute their designs.

Cake

Tier One includes a double layer cake ~ $100 - $250

Tier Two includes a triple layer cake ~ $250 - $400

Final tier pricing is reflective of individual’s requests and materials used to execute their designs.

Photography

Includes a complimentary half-hour engagement photo session.

Upgrades

 Up to 5 hours of weekend wedding day photography coverage
